As our products are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or amend an order once production has begun.

Orders are printed on demand by our fulfilment partners before being shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, production times and courier services.

River & Bramble is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

As our products are made specifically to order, we cannot accept returns simply because you change your mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.

Where appropriate we will arrange a replacement or refund.
